CAST-USA as a whole is a cross-region organization with 14 local chapters based in more than 30 states across the country. CAST-USA and CAST-GNY have a group of prestigious advisors, such as Nobel Laureate Dr. Dan Shechtman, Nobel Laureate Dr. Mario Capecchi, Member of US Academy of Engineering Dr. T.P. Ma, and U.S. Public Health Service Advisor Dr. Grace Shu.

The current President of CAST-GNY is Dr. Charles Shen, the chairman of board of CAST-GNY is Dr. Jizhong Xiao. The current President of CAST-USA is Dr. Zhixiong Chen, who is also a former president of CAST-GNY.
